She completed her graduation in Diploma in Management from IMM, Ahmadabad.  As Managing Director she contributed her 18 year for Kotak Mahindra Capital Co. She gave up her job in 2012. While shopping on international multi-brand beauty she got and idea of business and need to replicate in India. This idea get shape and come up with Nykaa .
